Prepare artwork with fewer surprises
For the clearest recommendation, share the finished size, quantity, intended use, deadline, and any material or finish preferences. Print-ready artwork should normally include the correct trim size, sufficient image resolution, and bleed when color or graphics reach the edge. PDF is usually the safest delivery format, while source files may be requested when adjustments are needed. If you are starting without final artwork, use the online Studio or describe the project in the quote form.
File checks and proof choices
Every submitted file receives a free technical check for production basics such as dimensions, resolution, and bleed. This is not a spelling, content, or design review. Final artwork can be printed as supplied after the technical check. If you want the team to review placement or make changes, select the optional digital-proof workflow and approve the proof before production. Color-critical work may require an agreed physical proof because screens cannot reproduce every printed color exactly.
