Stickers and Decals printing in Portland & Beaverton
Choose stickers and decals by where they will be applied, how they will be handled, and whether they need to be removed later. Gloss Vinyl gives a shiny finish; Matte Vinyl gives a less reflective finish. For outdoor use, select Outdoor Vinyl and tell us about the surface and exposure so we can confirm suitability. A vinyl finish alone does not establish dishwasher safety, food-contact suitability, or residue-free removal.
Kiss-Cut leaves the backing intact for peeling and applying a design. Die-Cut cuts through the vinyl and backing for individual pieces. The online configurator offers Rectangle, Circle, Oval, and Square, with finished dimensions from 1 inch per side and quantities from 20. Circle and Square keep width and height equal. For a custom contour, special adhesive, or an application you cannot specify here, request a quote before ordering.
To order, choose shape, finished size, quantity, material, and cut, then continue to artwork upload or Create in Studio. Prepare a print-ready PDF in CMYK with 1/8 inch bleed and a 1/8 inch safety margin; use 300 DPI images at final size and outline fonts in vector files. Choose Review or changes before print if you want a free digital proof; Final artwork — print as supplied proceeds without a proof. Both include a technical file check. Choose delivery and production speed in your cart, and review the total before checkout.

Which vinyl should I choose for my decals?
Choose Gloss Vinyl for a shiny finish or Matte Vinyl for a less reflective finish. Select Outdoor Vinyl for an outdoor application and share the surface, expected exposure, and display period if suitability is uncertain. For a removable promotion, ask us to confirm the adhesive and removal expectations in the quote before ordering.
What is the difference between kiss-cut and die-cut?
Kiss-Cut cuts the vinyl while leaving the backing intact. Die-Cut cuts through both vinyl and backing for separate pieces. Pick the format based on how you will hand out or apply the decals; request a quote for a contour outside the four online shapes.
What size and quantity can I order online?
Choose Rectangle, Circle, Oval, or Square and enter the finished width and height in inches, starting at 1 inch per side. Circle and Square keep both dimensions equal. Orders start at 20 pieces and increase one piece at a time. The configurator updates the print subtotal as you choose your options.
How should I prepare decal artwork?
Send a print-ready PDF in CMYK, with 1/8 inch bleed beyond the finished edge and important text at least 1/8 inch inside it. Use 300 DPI raster artwork at final size and outline fonts in vector files. Specify the intended finished size and shape. If the cut line or file setup is uncertain, choose review or request help before printing.
Will I receive a proof before printing?
Choose Review or changes before print for a free digital proof to approve. Final artwork — print as supplied does not include a proof approval step. Every uploaded file receives a technical print-readiness check; you remain responsible for spelling, content, QR destinations, and the design.
