Standard production: 7–10 business days after all artwork is approved and payment is complete. Choose delivery and speed in your cart; postal transit is additional. The slowest item determines the schedule for the complete order.
What file format should I send for mug?
Send a press-ready PDF with 1/8 inch bleed in CMYK. Prefer to design online? Build your mug in our free Studio. We also include a free file check on every order and can clean up rough artwork for a small fee.
Can I see a proof before you print my mug?
Yes. Choose “Review or changes before print” to receive a free digital proof and approve it before production. “Final artwork — print as supplied” needs no design changes or proof approval.
